How do I create an account?
Visit the homepage Click "Start saving memories now." Create your parent account Add child profiles Start connecting memories
How do I add a child profile?
Inside your dashboard: Click Add Child Enter your child’s information Add a profile photo if desired Save the profile
How do I edit my child’s profile?
Open your child’s profile and click Edit Profile to: update names change profile photos update album links edit details
How do I change a profile picture?
Open Edit Profile and upload a new image, then save your changes.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. You can create separate memory spaces for each child.
How do I update album links?
Open Edit Profile, paste the new album link, and click Save Changes.
How do I remove or replace an album?
Simply remove the existing link and replace it with a new one.
Why is my child’s profile not showing correctly?
Make sure: all required fields are completed the album link is valid changes were saved successfully
Can children edit their own profiles?
Currently, profile editing is managed by parents.
